Engineering teams that ship regulated software — payments, lending platforms and applied AI.

Techmondis is a software engineering and technology consulting company incorporated in January 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013 and recognised as a startup under the Government of India's Startup India (DPIIT) programme. We build and run production systems for clients in automotive, financial services, retail operations and education — from a global vehicle manufacturer's diagnostic and licensing platform, to payment gateway integrations that must pass a bank's security review.

CapabilitiesWhat we build

Six practices, one delivery team

We are engineers first. Every practice below is staffed by people who have carried the same work into production, on-call and through client audit.

Applied AI & machine learning

LLM and agentic workflows, vision models for document and handwriting assessment, server-side prompt orchestration with model failover, and AI-assisted engineering automation for infrastructure and rollout work.

Payments & fintech integration

Payment gateway integration end to end — initiation, hosted checkout, callback verification, status enquiry, refunds — plus credit bureau reporting and lending workflows.

Product engineering

Customer-facing web and mobile products: native iOS and Android applications, plus React with TypeScript, backed by REST and GraphQL services.

Cloud & serverless architecture

AWS-native design — Lambda, RDS, S3, SES/SNS, VPC and fixed-egress patterns for IP-whitelisted partners — alongside Firebase and containerised Kubernetes estates.

Security engineering & assurance

Application security reviews, mobile binary and static analysis, dependency and transport verification, PKI and certificate lifecycle management, and findings registers with tracked remediation.

Support, DevOps & modernisation

Retained production support, observability and monitoring rollouts, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, infrastructure as code, and modernisation of legacy systems still carrying the business.

Toyota Motor Europe

Automotive · Europe

Engineering on GTS+ / GTSM+, the platform Toyota dealers and independent repairers across Europe use to diagnose, licence and reprogram vehicles — a hybrid estate spanning AWS and Toyota's on-premise systems.

  • Spring Boot services on EKS Fargate behind a Kong API gateway, Akamai and CloudFront, with Kafka event streaming and MongoDB and relational stores.
  • GTS+ Licence Signing Service and MSK issuance — the REST interfaces that authorise a diagnostic tool against a vehicle.
  • Federated single sign-on across Toyota and partner identity providers over OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, for dealer and independent-repairer populations.
  • PKI and certificate lifecycle for the KMC 2.0 programme: client certificate generation, two-way SSL, CSR handling and root certificate provisioning through pre-production and production.
  • Large-scale MongoDB migrations with binary backup, checkpointed resume and full rollback, run against live production data.

Toyota South Africa Motors

Automotive · South Africa

Build and release ownership of the GTSM+ service platform for Toyota's South African market operation, from source through to the production Kubernetes cluster.

  • Java 11 and Spring Boot microservices — authentication, web services, licence and MSK, and the dealer-facing front end.
  • Containerised delivery into Toyota's private Harbor registry and onto VMware Tanzu Kubernetes clusters, with Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Multi-environment release governance across QA, UAT and production, including controlled database change promotion.

NCR Payments

Payments · Multi-cloud

Automation of the AppDynamics observability estate — installation and version upgrade across every environment the business runs, instead of a manual rollout repeated platform by platform.

  • One automated path covering all four target environments: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
  • AI tooling used to build and maintain the automation itself, compressing work that had been hand-run per host and per environment.
  • Consistent agent versions and repeatable upgrades, so monitoring coverage no longer drifts between clouds.

Valgaa Tech Private Limited

NBFC · Gold lending

A four-workstream programme for a gold-loan lender: the customer payments product, its regulatory reporting, its security clearance, and the requirements for its next-generation core system.

  • SBIePay payment gateway integrated into a Flutter app and an AWS Lambda backend — net banking, cards and UPI, with double verification, refunds and alerting.
  • Application security review prepared for State Bank of India merchant onboarding: mobile, static, API, cloud and transport assessment with a full remediation register.
  • Automated SFTP reporting to all four credit information companies — CIBIL, CRIF, Equifax and Experian — with retries, dated archival, S3 lifecycle and failure alerts.
  • Requirements specification for an in-house gold-loan management system: origination, custody, maker-checker approval, accrual, collections and double-entry ledger.

ProductsOur own IP

Built and operated in-house

We run our own products on the same stack we sell — which is where our AI, mobile and platform practice is proved before it reaches a client.

Daily Math

A CBSE Class-10 mathematics app for iOS and Android. Students photograph their handwritten working; a vision model grades it and tracks strength by chapter and subtopic. FastAPI and PostgreSQL backend, with an admin portal for training-needs analysis.

Unified learning platform

A curriculum-driven AI tutoring engine that serves multiple subjects — mathematics and robotics today — from shared context, rules and response-type schemas, with structured, validated model output.

Delivery tooling

Our internal project management system — epics, sprints, boards and traceable history — so clients get an auditable record of scope, progress and change on every engagement.

HeritageTeam experience

Enterprise depth behind a young company

Techmondis is new; the people are not. Our engineering leadership has spent years inside Toyota's global technical service platform, where a bad release stops dealer workshops in two continents. That work is governed by architecture review boards, signed interface specifications, staged environments and certificate authorities that do not forgive shortcuts. It is the reason a small company can be trusted with a payment gateway, a credit bureau feed or a production estate — we bring the discipline of a manufacturer-grade programme to engagements a fraction of its size.

EngagementHow to work with us

Three ways we contract

Fixed or resource-based pricing

A defined scope under a dated statement of work, priced either as a fixed sum against milestones or on a resource basis by engineer and month — whichever suits how firm the scope is. Best for integrations, builds and modernisation.

Retained support

A monthly fee for production support, monitoring, maintenance and in-scope enhancements. Rolling month to month, with a monthly summary report.

Dedicated resources

Named engineers embedded in your team — AI/ML, DevOps, mobile or platform — under your delivery process and your priorities.
